WorkCompass provides the Strategy Overview report feature to visualize how effectively the organization is executing its overall goals strategy.

We believe that aligning individual and team goals with organizational objectives is crucial for driving collective success and fostering accountability. By tracking progress visually, organizations can easily identify which goals are on track and which need attention, enabling proactive decision-making.

You can find the Strategy Overview report in Insights > Strategy Overview, which serves as a powerful tool for HR admins to monitor alignment and make necessary adjustments to keep the organization on course.

Strategy Overview Report

The Strategy Report offers a visual representation of how effectively your company is executing its overall strategy. It displays organizational goals as large, color-coded circles that visually indicate progress. As milestones for linked individual goals are updated, the corresponding organizational goals reflect this progress in real-time, changing color and updating the percentage completion.

As individual performance improves, the overall progress of the company strategy also increases. Conversely, if linked individual goals show no progress, the report highlights these organizational goals in red, signaling that they are off track. This serves as an early warning system, enabling HR Admins to identify potential issues and make informed decisions about resource allocation and competing priorities before goals are missed.

Additionally, the report is interactive - clicking on each organizational goal reveals the individual goals contributing to that progress, allowing for deeper insights into performance alignment and strategy execution.
