      How can I set the calibration ideal distribution?

      While WorkCompass provides a standard Calibration Ideal Distribution, you may need to define it for your company's needs. Learn how to set yours.

      Only HR Admin can access this features.

      1. Access Your Organization Settings
        Navigate to My Account in the top menu, then select Organization Settings from the dropdown.

      2. Locate Report Configuration
        In the left panel, find and click on Report Configuration to access the reporting settings.

      3. Expand the Calibration Report Section
        Scroll down to the Calibration Report section and click on the arrow to expand the Ideal Distribution options.

      4. Set the Rating Percentages
        Enter the desired percentage for each performance rating in the provided fields. Ensure that the total adds up to 100% for accurate calibration.

      5. Save Your Changes
        After entering the percentages, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply your new calibration ideal distribution.

      The Ideal Distrubtion in the Calibration report will be updated. You may also be interested in the Performance Calibration Overview.
