WorkCompass provides the Progress Report feature, accessible within our platform, to facilitate effective tracking of individual, team, and company performance. We believe that consistent assessment is vital for fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Our approach focuses on empowering employees with clear insights into their performance, enabling them to recognize their strengths and identify areas for improvement.
By leveraging data-driven analytics, the Progress Report encourages continuous learning and development, creating an environment where employees feel valued and motivated to achieve shared goals. You can find the Progress Report in Insights > Progress, where you will gain the necessary tools and feedback to drive development.
Individual Progress
Please note: employees will be able to view their own progress only.
Individual progress may not be visible if the 'Hide Rating Until' feature is enabled.
Team Progress
Only managers and above can access this feature.
Managers and higher-level roles can filter and drill down into their respective teams' data to gain deeper insights into performance. This functionality allows them to evaluate engagement levels, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and provide targeted support to enhance team performance and foster growth.
Divisional admins can view the progress of employees and managers within their assigned division, while HR admins have access to the progress of all employees company-wide.
