Only individuals whose goals and competencies have been reviewed by their assigned reviewer (most of the time manager) are included in the Potential and Competency report. If an individual is missing, it may be because their review process was not completed or their goals and competencies have not been rated by the reviewer.
How to Resolve?
- Ensure that the plan has been approved.
- Check that all goals have been rated by their assigned reviewer.
- Make sure all competencies have been rated by their assigned reviewer.
