Admins have the ability to add divisions, edit division names, and delete divisions. In order to add a divisions and edit divisions' names, please follow the steps below:
- Log into WorkCompass and click on My Account.
- In the drop-down menu, click on Organization Settings.
- Click Division management in the menu to the left.
- To edit the name of a division, click on the pencil icon next to the division name. After changing it, click Save.
- To add a division, click the Add new division button.
Please keep in mind that if you archive a division the Employees who were listed under this division will no longer be assigned to a division in WorkCompass.
How to edit divisional goals
To edit divisional goals, you will first need to add divisions to your WorkCompass account.
After adding divisions, please follow the steps below:
- Log into WorkCompass and click on My Account in the top menu bar.
- In the drop-down menu click on Organization Settings.
- Click Division Goals in the menu to the left
- To edit a goal, click on the pencil icon next to the goal. After changing it, click Save.
How to assign a division to a user
To assign division to a user, please follow the steps below:
- Look for the user under the People tab, by entering his name in a Search bar.
- Once the user’s profile is open, click on the Edit icon in the right upper corner.
- Scroll down until you see Division, and then click on the narrow next to it to open the drop-down menu.
- Choose the division from the list, and proceed with the Save red button at the bottom of the page.
Divisional Admin authorization
A Divisional Admin has similar access as a full Admin, but with some limitations. They can:
- Access the profiles of every user on the account for their assigned division(s) only.
- Add / archive users for their division(s) only.
- Export users from the People tab (only their division(s) is/are presented).
- Adjust the Authorisation roles of other users in their division(s) only (note: they can only give people the Employee, Manager or Divisional Admin authorisation, they cannot give someone full Admin access).
- The reports under the Insights tab will display data for the division(s) that they manage.
- Create a 360° survey for users under their division(s).
- Adjust Review phase and Hide rating setting in Organization Settings.
- Edit Competency library.
