WorkCompass is all about continuous performance management and we understand that priorities might change.
If your performance plan has already been approved but your priorities have changed or you need to add more information to it, you can edit the plan by following these steps:
- Click on My account then click on Profile.
- Click on Go to review next to the plan you would like to enter in the Performance Plans section on the right side of the page.
- Click the three dots next to the first goal and click on Edit.
- Make any changes you would like to your plan and then click on Ask your manager for input.
- Once your Manager has approved the changes they will be applied to your review page.
