Overview of adaptability of WorkCompass (HR Admins only)
The definition of adaptability refers to the ability to quickly and successfully embrace change and adapt effectively in response. It’s about handling change in the workplace in a way that leads to continued success for your organisation.
HR Admins may check the adaptability of WorkCompass by following these steps:
1. Login to your WorkCompass account.
2. Click Insights option as shown in the image below.
3. Now click on the Status report at the very bottom of the dropdown tab.
4. Click on Export data button as shown in the image.
5. Once you open the report in excel format, it will provide you with accurate data regarding adaptability of WorkCompass at your Organization by showing the following:
- Employees that still need to create a plan
- Employees that have plans but are awaiting for the approval from their Manager
- Plans that have been approved and are now live
- Plans that are overdue - meaning they are still open after their due date
- Plans that are completed/archived
