You can request feedback on a specific goal or competency from someone outside of your organization, such as a client or partner that you have worked with closely, by adding an external reviewer.
An external reviewer will only have access to the specific goal and/or competencies that you invite them to review. Unlike an additional reviewer, they will not be able to view all the sections of your plan.
To add an external reviewer to your plan, follow the steps below:
- Click on the tab on the Home page for the plan that you would like to invite an external reviewer to review.
- Click on the three dots next to the goal or competency that you would like the external reviewer to review, then click on +Request feedback.
- Enter their email address in the text box and press the Request feedback button.
The external reviewer will receive an email immediately asking them to provide feedback on the goal or competency that you have invited them to provide feedback for.
