How do I add or archive employees if I use the ADP Connector?

If you have purchased the ADP Connector, this means that any new employees that you add to ADP will automatically be added to WorkCompass. If you terminate an employee in ADP, this change will carry over to WorkCompass and their account will be archived. 

Since ADP is the dominant system and syncs with WorkCompass every hour via the ADP Connector, the changes you make will carry over to WorkCompass. Changes to the following fields in ADP will also be reflected in WorkCompass:

  • Name
  • Job title
  • Email address
  • Manager
  • Manager email address
